2023 Summer Tackle Rugby Registration is now open for boys and girls ages 11-14.

Youth will engage in a fast-paced and empowering game of rugby that will not only develope the skills of running, kicking, passing, and spacial recognition, but  youth will be better leaders on and off the field through communication and teamwork.

FIRST PRACTICE: May 8, 2023

Practices will be every Mondays and Thursdays, 6:30p-7:30p at BREC Jackson Park, Central LA

Redfish 7s, June 10, 2023 (Highland Road Rugby Pitch, Baton Rouge)

* Vulcan 7s, June 17, 2023 (Birmingham, AL)

Coquille 7s, June 24, 2023 (Coquille Parks & Recreation, Covington, LA)

Luau 7s, July 8, 2023 (USS Alabama, Mobile, AL)

* Cherrybone 7s, July 31, 2023 (Woodlands, TX)

*Contingent on Tournament numbers

REGISTRATION

There are 3 steps to registering: 

(1) Complete USA Rugby/LA Rugby Rugby Form (Rugby Xplorer)

(2) LA Rugby Player Register Form (it's confusing but it'll state $0.00 at checkout, but an invoice will follow once the information is received)

(3) SIGN up for Team Communciations with "band"

Athletes need to be registered through Rugby Xplorer for USA Rugby/LA Rugby Membership, which allows youth to compete

$75 (invoice will be sent once this registration form  is completed)

Includes team uniform

*soccer cleats are required, but no additional equipment required.

Travel expenses not included. Overnight accommodations are not required. To keep expenses low, youth are encouraged to support local fundraising efforts . 

Sponsorship opportunities are available (Registration fees reflect sponsor support)

*Scholarships available upon request.
