Founded in 1978, The New Orleans Halfmoons Women’s Rugby Club is one if the oldest women’s rugby clubs in the United States. Over the past decades, the Halfmoons have enjoyed their share of successes, including boasting several players who went on to represent our country on the U.S. National team. We are a Division III team in the True South Rugby Union and are always seeking new players, supporters, and matches.
We have team practice Tuesday and Thursday nights at the City Park practice track from 6:30-8:00pm.
